Phyxius (pronounced fix-ee-us) is derived from the Greek word meaning “to take flight.” This is at the core of our mission: providing the essential groundwork that ensures you’re ready to fly again, confident that all your repair and maintenance needs have been expertly met.
Our mission is to deliver exceptional service through skilled craftsmanship and innovative solutions. From avionics to heavy maintenance, we cater to private, commercial, and government sectors, ensuring every aircraft meets the highest airworthiness standards.
What We Do
Aircraft Maintenance
Partnering with a FAA Part 145 Repair Station, we can provide comprehensive services for inspection, modification, and overhaul. Our location adds a significant convenience factor for repairs that were previously unavailable at Briscoe Field. This is especially the case for all light to medium turbine engine aircraft within the Atlantic Southwest.
We support private, commercial, and government interests, handling everything from small aircraft to corporate fleets. Our full-service facility offers avionics support, scheduled/unscheduled services, heavy maintenance, and AOG emergencies.
Avionics
We sell and install systems from top manufacturers like Garmin, Avidyne, L3, and more.
Technical Expertise
Most aircraft do not need a full install package for their aircraft. In most circumstances, simple, methodical troubleshooting by skilled and trained experts can determine what the problem is without a “shotgun” approach to resolution. Phyxius’ technicians have been to the latest school for most major manufacturers so as to assist in troubleshooting your aircraft avionics issues without the need for costly removal and replacement of unnecessary parts..
