David Guzman

David Guzman has been in General Aviation business development for most of his career, driven by a lifelong passion for aviation. Growing up as the son of a U.S. Air Force flight crew member, he soloed at 16 and earned his pilot’s license at 19. After serving four years in the U.S. Army, he pursued a degree in Aviation Maintenance Business Management while earning multiple FAA certifications.

In 1991, Guzman launched a flight school at Tulsa International Airport, which grew to over 25 aircraft. He later shifted focus to aircraft maintenance and expanded Southwest Aviation Specialties (SWAS) into a global operation, offering services like aircraft management, leasing, maintenance, and sales. SWAS has operated in multiple countries and holds both FAA Repair Station. With expertise in aviation maintenance, Guzman has built SWAS into a leading company, servicing hundreds of aircraft globally over the years.  Finally, Guzman owns and operates Brazos Valley Air Charter, LLC.  It is the world’s largest owner/operator of the Piaggio Avanti P-180 aircraft.  Coupled with the FAR Part 145 repair station SWAS also owns the world’s largest Piaggio parts inventory.

Glenn Sikes

Glenn Sikes is a commercial pilot with 40 years of experience. A long-time user and operator at the KLZU airport, Glenn brings deep knowledge of the local airport community as well as the aircraft industry at large. With a background as a general contractor, Glenn is currently overseeing the construction of a 125,500 square foot state-of-the art aircraft repair facility for Phyxius at LZU.

In addition to His role at Phyxius, Glenn works for Walter Hoff as the Director of Flight Operations for one of Hoff’s companies which currently owns an Avanti Piaggo, based at LZU.

Walter Hoff

Walter Hoff is President of Sav-Rx Prescription Services, a leading Pharmacy Benefits Manager based in Fremont, Nebraska, managing prescription benefits for over 10 million members nationwide. He is also Managing Member of A-S Medication Solutions (ASM), an affiliate of Sav-Rx that provides electronic prescribing and dispensing solutions to over 3,000 clinics across the U.S.

Previously, Mr. Hoff served as Chairman and CEO of NDCHealth, which was acquired by McKesson. Under his leadership, NDCHealth became a major player in healthcare claims processing, handling about 50% of U.S. healthcare claims and providing systems for pharmacies and physicians.

Earlier, Mr. Hoff held executive roles at First Data Corporation, including CFO, and oversaw its major credit card transaction processing. He also held positions at ADP and Touche Ross. He and his wife live in Atlanta with their three children.
